holy moses. I must be the weakest person when it comes to upper body strength. AND I’m ill prepared, I only have 10s ! so obvs gotta grab elastic bands ASAP. and the ab video? lmao the video from hell. so DAMN hard but again, tried the best I could trembling like a bitch loool. I hate it, but I love it lol.
